We invite all eligible Ramsgate RSL Netball Club members to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on a proposed change to the club’s constitution. The change focuses on revising the quorum requirements for Executive and General Meetings.

Proposed Amendment (Sections 10b & 28):

The committee proposes that Sections 10b and 28 be amended to state: "A quorum for an Executive or General Meeting will be one (1) member more than 50% of the Executive Committee Members."
